Krung Thonburi Parking is an open-air lot conveniently located right next to BTS Krung Thonburi. NPD transformed this once-unused land into a fully managed parking facility back in 2015 under a Land Development model.
From an abandoned, unused space, NPD installed a complete parking system, added on-site staff for smooth operations, and turned it into a reliable parking destination. Beyond providing convenience, Krung Thonburi Parking has also played a meaningful role in community support. By joining the Park & Ride initiative, it encouraged commuters to park here and continue their journey by BTS, helping to ease traffic congestion and reduce PM2.5 pollution — an achievement NPD is proud to be part of.
This project also brought value to the landowner by reducing land tax burdens, perfectly aligning with NPD’s guiding philosophy: The Happy Triangle — creating win-win benefits for society, property owners, and our company.
