NPD Japan was established since 1991, we were the first company to introduce parking lot
subleasing in Japan, and our core parking lot business has continually evolved to offer new

We have expanded our operations internationally, seeking opportunities in various countries. A
survey revealed a significant annual increase in vehicle registrations in Thailand, highlighting
a growing need for improved parking services. Illegal street parking is a major contributor to
Bangkok's traffic congestion.
Driven by our commitment to enhancing parking services and alleviating traffic issues, we
established a branch in Thailand in 2010. This branch focuses on service development and
implementing modern, efficient parking systems.
